We do not offer the option of changing the date or time of your visit unless we are closed for any reason.
We do not offer ticket refunds at all unless we have to close for any reason. You can pass your tickets onto family and friends to use instead.

Jurassic Encounter does not offer parking at any of the event locations. All parks and locations are easily accessible by foot, cycle, bus and train from all parts of the city.
The nearest tube station is Southgate Station on the Piccadilly Line. There are also many bus stops around the park. Visit TFL to plan your route in advance.
You can purchase tickets online here, or at the event on the day of your visit. On the day tickets are more expensive so we recommend you purchase tickets online in advance to guarantee that tickets will be available.
An Adult ticket is valid for visitors aged 16 to 64 years old.
A child ticket is valid for visitors aged 3 to 15 years old. Children aged 2 or under do not need a ticket to enter.
A concessions ticket is valid for visitors aged 65 or older, with a disability, on unemployment benefits & students with ID. Proof may be required at the entrance of the event (e.g. Driver’s License, DLA & student card).
A family ticket is valid for 4 people only, 2 Adults + 2 Children or 1 Adult + 3 Children. Children aged 2 or under do not need a ticket to visit the event. A minimum purchase of 4 tickets is required.
Group tickets are valid for groups of 10 visitors or more (irrespective of age). Visitors aged 2 or under do not need a ticket to enter. A minimum purchase of 10 tickets is required.
Disabled visitors should buy concessions tickets, unless they are part of a Family or Group tickets.
We offer registered carers free entry into our event as long as they are accompanying their dependent. You can obtain your free carer ticket during the process of purchasing a concessions ticket.
The area of each park in each city we are using for the event is mainly grass and woodland, so it is fine for prams and pushchairs but could be quite difficult for wheelchair users. Please also be aware that some pathways have uneven flooring and steep gradients which is natural for park environments.
Assistance dogs will be allowed to enter, but no other pets will be allowed to enter the event.
Yes. That said, we do not have facilities for storing them at the event.
Scooters/skates/bicycles will not be allowed to enter the event & we do not have facilities for storing these items at the event.
You can print your tickets or show the tickets on your phone to our team at the entrance.
We would appreciate it if you could arrive at the event at your chosen entry time. For example, if your ticket says 1pm then you need to arrive between 1pm and 2pm. We must control the numbers coming in to avoid crowding.
Yes. We are open every day regardless of the weather. If we do have to close for any reason, we will notify you and then you can change the date of your ticket.
The time it will take you to walk around our event will depend on several factors, including, how much time you spend reading about the dinosaurs, how much time you spend enjoying the food and drink stalls along the route and the size of the park where we host the event. On average, visitors like to spend 2 to 3 hours in our event.
Once you are inside, you can stay as long as you wish with your family and friends. Last entry is at 5pm and we ask all visitors to leave by 6pm.
Yes. There will be several street food and drink vendors onsite.
Clothes & shoes suited to walking around in an outdoor park. Please note, due to the high number of visitors at our events, sometimes the ground may become muddy during or after rain.
